Following up Organic Leads

Below is how best to follow up on Organic Leads in your specific area. Added to this is a brief script you can use to introduce yourself and a youtube video on how to best deliver the script.

We've received a few leads from ABP. Many thanks!

The owner of the property has stated on the form that he's filled out that he's "Just after a price check please". Is this even worth following up?

As a general rule, 1 in 5 WILL actually list their home for sale in the next couple of months. But another 1 would strongly consider selling if someone asks the simple question:

If I could get you a good market price for your home today, would you sell?

Remember not to make it about YOU wanting them to sell and what YOU will do for them. Just ask them that simple straight forward question. Once someone imagines the money in their hand and the opportunity to move on to their next thing, you'd be surprised at how often they'll actually say "YES!"
